Terms of Service

Welcome to Rankflow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rankflow (the "Service") available at rankflow.gg. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rankflow.

1. Description of the Service

Rankflow is a third-party performance analysis and coaching platform for Valorant players. The Service provides:

  • Detailed statistical analysis of your competitive matches
  • Personalized coaching advice and session plans
  • Advanced metrics (KAST, Trade Rate, First Duel Rate, etc.)
  • Rank progression tracking
  • Access to public information about the Valorant esports scene

Rankflow is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rankflow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Authentication

To access certain features of Rankflow, you must authenticate using Riot Sign-On (RSO). By signing in:

  • You authorize Rankflow to access your Riot account information and Valorant match data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You acknowledge that your stats and gameplay data may become visible to other Rankflow users
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Riot account

You can revoke access at any time through your Riot account settings or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rankflow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service to facilitate boosting, smurfing, or account-selling activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates Riot Games' Terms of Service or Developer Policies

5. Compliance with Riot Games Policies

Rankflow is built in strict compliance with Riot Games' Developer Policies. The Service does not provide:

  • Queue dodging suggestions or features that harm other players
  • Boosting services or smurfing facilitation
  • Gambling, betting, or wagering features
  • Real-time in-game overlays or modifications
  • Unauthorized game client modifications or cheats

Using Rankflow does not violate Valorant's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Rankflow Content

The Rankflow brand, logo, design, source code, and content (excluding third-party content) are the property of Rankflow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

6.2 Riot Games Content

Valorant, agent names, map names, logos, and all associated Riot Games content remain the property of Riot Games, Inc. Rankflow uses this content under Riot Games' Developer API terms of use.

6.3 User Data

You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant Rankflow a non-exclusive license to process this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Free and Paid Services

Rankflow is currently free to use. In the future, we may offer:

  • Premium features through paid subscriptions
  • Advertisements served by third-party partners (e.g. Google AdSense)
  • Voluntary donations to support the project

Any paid feature will be clearly identified, and pricing terms will be provided at the time of purchase. We will update these Terms before launching any paid feature.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Rankflow does not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • The absolute accuracy of statistics or coaching advice provided
  • That the Service will help you reach a specific rank or skill level
  • The continued availability of the Riot Games API on which the Service depends

Coaching advice is provided for informational purposes only. Your gameplay results depend on many factors beyond the scope of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rankflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of rank, ranking points (RR), gameplay time, or any other intangible loss.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rankflow, its operators, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service in violation of any applicable law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms or Riot Games' policies
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use of the Service
  • Suspicion of activity threatening the security of the Service or other users

You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and revoking RSO access through your Riot account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.
