This Privacy Policy describes how Rankflow ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our service at rankflow.gg (the "Service"). By using Rankflow, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information from Riot Sign-On (RSO)

When you sign in with your Riot account, we receive the following information from Riot Games through their authentication system:

  • Your Riot account identifier (PUUID)
  • Your in-game name and tag (e.g. Name#TAG)
  • Your region

1.2 Information from Valorant Match Data

Once authenticated, we access your publicly available Valorant match data through the official Riot Games API, including:

  • Competitive match history (maps, agents played, scores)
  • Performance statistics (KDA, damage, abilities used)
  • Rank and rank progression

1.3 Technical Information

We may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for analytics and security purposes.

1.4 Contact Form Submissions

If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name (optional), email (optional), and message content. These are processed through our form provider (Formspree) and used solely to respond to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Display your personal Valorant performance statistics
  • Generate personalized coaching advice and session plans
  • Calculate advanced metrics (First Duel Rate, Trade Rate, KAST, etc.)
  • Improve the Service through aggregated and anonymized usage analytics
  • Respond to your contact form submissions
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse of the Service

3. Opt-In Disclosure (Important)

By signing in with your Riot account, you opt-in to making your Valorant stats and gameplay data visible through Rankflow.

This means other users may view your performance data on the Service. If you have not signed up for Rankflow, your information will not be made available to other players through this website.

You can revoke this consent at any time by deleting your Rankflow account (see Section 7).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with the following third parties for legitimate operational purposes:

  • Riot Games — for authentication (RSO) and match data retrieval
  • Vercel — our hosting provider
  • Formspree — for contact form processing
  • Advertising partners — in the future, we may display advertisements served by third parties (e.g. Google AdSense). These partners may use cookies to deliver relevant ads.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function (such as session cookies for authentication).

In the future, we may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Service. We will update this policy and request your consent when applicable.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your Rankflow account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user located in the European Union, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of access — request a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your account and data
  • Right to portability — receive your data in a usable format
  • Right to object — opt-out of certain processing
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time

8. Future Monetization

Rankflow is currently free to use. In the future, we may offer premium features through a subscription model and/or display non-intrusive advertisements. We will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify users of any material changes.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Rankflow is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
